The kitchenette was well-equipped. Plus, its convenient location near shops made everything easy.

My children wished for a cleaner room atmosphere.

The location of the hotel was good and peaceful - a 10-15 minute walk from Sky Zone Trampoline Park. I greatly enjoyed that the venue was 24 minutes drive from the airport. Had brand-new room with fantastic amenities, and I couldn't ask for more.

I enjoyed the hotel, its incredibly comfortable and incredible room and amicable staff. My room included climate control, TV set and a microwave oven. The location was great for me as it was near Georgia, and store.

The local scene is buzzing! If you're a fan of tasty bites, don't miss the Waffle House for a breakfast delight, and Tokyo Bay Japanese Buffet is a must for a sushi feast. The room was clean, and the check-in was smooth, thanks to Chloe's warm welcome.

I had an odd moment with two guys chilling in the hallway like they were plotting something.

When we checked in, the handicap accessible room was upstairs, forcing us to switch to a first-floor double bed room. The cleanliness left a lot to be desired, with dust and dead bugs scattered about. On top of that, the broken bathroom doorknob trapped my son inside for a while, and let's not forget the hot and humid air with an AC that didn't work. To add insult to injury, noisy guests outside kept us awake all night.

Not the worst for a solo traveler

The location is pretty convenient I was able to reach stores and restaurants easily. The staff were friendly enough and the room was fairly clean aside from the bathroom.

It wasn't expensive but honestly was like I overpaid for the quality of the bed which was abysmal.

The really good customer service really stood out! The staff were so kind and always ready to help. My room wasn't cleaned well, and the bathroom door knob was broken 😕

Limited dining options.

Absolutley horrendous experience. The room had dust and bugs, charming, I guess. The bathroom knob was broken, and my son got trapped, but that's fine, right? I expected an upgrade for my troubles, but instead, I got ignored. I almost considered giving a good review, but I just couldn't. Disappoined much?

Disappointed with the broken bathroom door knob. Enjoyed the clean kitchenette!

Comfortable Stay with Potential

Though our room was not the one I reserved, the staff's attempt to accommodate our needs made a difference. The kitchenette in our room was handy, great to easily prepare breakfast. I'd recommend confirming room details ahead of time for a smoother check-in experience.

Not for Families with Children

The staff was friendly,, they tried their best. Plus, beds were fairly comfy, almost like sleeping on magic, if magic was slightly dusty.

But this place wasn't cheap, just surprisingly average considering the condition.

I used this place as a convenient starting point to explore all the major attractions in the area, and the staff here was extremely friendly and helpful, plus it was only a short 16-mile drive to the airport.
